Quiet Title

A quiet title action is a legal proceeding that allows a person to establish their right to ownership of a property that may have competing claims. In Nevada, an action may be brought by any person against another who claims an estate or interest in real property, adverse to him, for the purpose of determining such adverse claim. Such an action requests a judicial determination of all adverse claims to disputed property.
